1. Nature of Service

mofongo.ai is an introduction platform that connects prospective buyers with property owners in Puerto Rico. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent either buyers or sellers in any real estate transaction. Nothing on this platform constitutes real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

By using mofongo.ai, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Owners registering property must be verified owners or authorized representatives of the unit listed.

3. User Responsibilities

• All information you submit must be accurate and truthful
• You may not use the platform to spam, harass, or misrepresent yourself to other users
• Buyer demand posts must represent genuine purchase intent
• Owner registrations must correspond to real property you own or are authorized to sell

4. Introduction Fee

When a buyer and owner are matched and mutually consent to an introduction, mofongo.ai charges a flat introduction fee. This fee is disclosed in full before any introduction is made. The fee is earned upon introduction; it does not constitute representation, brokerage, or transaction management services.

5. No Guarantee of Transaction

mofongo.ai makes no guarantee that any introduction will result in a transaction, or that any buyer demand will be matched with available inventory. We are an information and introduction platform only.

6. Limitation of Liability

mofongo.ai shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on information provided through the platform, including but not limited to building data, Act 60 information, demand scores, or introduction outcomes.

7. Changes to Terms
